I had such a beautiful day with my mom again...have been spending more time up north this year and getting to know her on a very different level...with open eyes and a fresh perspective! She is such an incredible woman! Our journey today consisted of shopping and getting our hair done! Such a wonderful girl's day!
Reflecting on the day the theme that stands out most to me is that we can assist, uplift, inspire and shine light on anyone, anywhere, anytime! It really is incredible when we are in the flow of who we are, doing our thing and then next you know, we've just helped someone or made a difference in their day!
I had this happen a few times today...starting at the hairdresser's (Salon Karma, North Bay 705-498-6315)....I was there receiving a beautiful service, engaged in deep conversation (as always!) and the next thing you know I'm doing what flows so naturally for me, counseling and advising my hair dresser...she was so grateful, open and loving! So happy to have this time to chat with me! And I felt wonderful for being able to give back to her in that moment! Then at the mall, several times, engaged in conversation with the store's staff...next thing you know I'm chatting with them about following their passions, living a life that is full and beautiful and allowing their dreams to unfold, bringing more happiness and joy into their lives! My only response was, "It just happens. I love it!"

And so, I extend to all of you....as you are out in the world, exploring, shopping, enjoying...be aware and mindful of how you are and what you can contribute to another's day by sharing your beautiful and unique gifts!!!
